1. Eligibility

You must:

• Not promote or be affiliated with brands that contradict our clean, science-backed, or ethical standards.
  

Alchemy Elements reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

• Base Commission: 15% of all qualified sales through your affiliate link.
  
• Tiered Bonuses: Up to 25% available for high-performing affiliates and brand partners.

  Tracking Period: 30-day cookie window from the time of referral.

3. Qualified Sales

A “qualified sale” is:

• A purchase made through your unique affiliate link or code.
  
• Not returned or refunded within 30 days.
  
• Not placed by you or someone in your household.

Affiliate commissions are void on:

• Self-purchases
  
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  
• Bulk wholesale orders unless otherwise agreed upon

4. Promotion Guidelines

You agree to:

• Promote Alchemy Elements honestly and authentically.
  
• Only use branding, logos, and imagery provided or approved by us.
  
• Disclose your affiliate relationship as required by law (e.g., “#ad,” “#sponsored,” or “affiliate link”).

You may not:

• Run paid ads using our brand name or product names.
  
• Misrepresent our ingredients, claims, or efficacy.
  
• Share discount codes or links on coupon or deal sites.
  

We are a bold, transparent, science-rooted brand. We expect the same integrity from our partners.

5. Use of Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, images, videos, and written materials are the property of Alchemy Elements. Affiliates are granted limited use of this content for promotional purposes only while enrolled in the program.

Misuse, unapproved edits, or use after termination may result in legal action.

6. Termination

We may remove you from the program at any time for:
