Start with a clean, hydrated face. Apply a few drops of oil or serum. Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-degree angle and gently glide it along the face and neck using upward, outward strokes—starting from the center and moving toward the edges. Focus on jawline, cheekbones, brow, and under-eyes.
