How to Use the Soaks
Add the loose magnesium chloride to a warm bath and allow it to dissolve fully before entering. Place the muslin bag into the bath and soak for 20–30 minutes.
For a lighter bath, you may choose to use a portion of the magnesium chloride while still using the full muslin bag.
