How to use:
Add the contents of the kit to 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a very low simmer, covered, for 40 minutes. Strain, and once cool, stir in 2/3 cup of raw honey (or to taste). Bottle and refrigerate. Use within 2–3 months.
Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon daily for ongoingn support; up to 3 times daily when needed.
Children over 1: 1 teaspoon daily; up to 3 times daily when needed.
Not for children under 1 year of age, as this product contains honey.
