WHAT'S INSIDE

Ingredients:
Organic Elderberries, Organic Rose Hips, Organic Ginger, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic Cloves.

Organic Elderberries

Rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols, elderberries are one of the most recognized botanicals for seasonal wellness. They give this syrup its deep color, bold flavor, and antioxidant-rich foundation.

Organic Rose Hips

Naturally rich in vitamin C and complementary plant compounds, rose hips help round out the blend with bright, tart complexity and whole-food botanical support.

Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

Selected for its smooth warmth, naturally occurring polyphenols, and long history of use in herbal preparations. Ceylon cinnamon brings comfort, depth, and a refined spice profile.

Organic Ginger

A warming root traditionally used to support digestion, circulation, and seasonal wellness. Ginger adds gentle heat and depth, balancing the sweetness of elderberries and honey.

Organic Echinacea Purpurea + Angustifolia

One of the most widely recognized herbs for everyday immune support, this dual-species blend broadens the botanical profile beyond elderberry alone.

Organic Cloves

Naturally antimicrobial, deeply invigorating, and protective properties.

How to use:

Simple ingredients. Fresh syrup.

Add the contents of the kit to 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a very low simmer, covered, for approximately 40 minutes.

Strain the herbs and allow the liquid to cool. Stir in approximately 2/3 cup of raw honey, or sweeten to taste. Bottle and refrigerate.

Each kit makes approximately 32 oz of finished elderberry syrup.

Dosage:
Adults: 1 tablespoon daily; up to 3 times daily when desired.

Children over 1 year old: 1 teaspoon daily; up to 3 times daily when desired.

Important:
Do not give honey to children under 1 year of age.

Alchemy Insight:
Featuring both Echinacea purpurea and Echinacea angustifolia, this blend offers a broader botanical profile than our Classic Elderberry Syrup Kit.

I was really excited to receive this kit to make my own elderberry syrup

I was really excited to receive this kit to make my own elderberry syrup, and I finally made my first batch yesterday. The process was simple, and it produced a generous amount. I chose honey as my sweetener, and the flavor turned out great. I started using it today and already love the taste. I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel with consistent use and can’t wait to explore more products from Alchemy Elements.

Thank you for your wonderful detailed review Shelia! I am happy to hear that you are pleased with your syrup! I think honey pairs wonderfully with the flavors too. We are thrilled you have included elderberry into your routine!

would def recommend

shipping was fast. directions were easy to understand and customer service was more than willing to answer all of my questions around cooking. i'd just say, heed the warning about cooking on low and slow because my syrup became very thick after 1 or 2 days. i was told this also depends on the honey you use, so keep that in mind

Hi Chelsea! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Here is a tip that can help you anytime you make an herbal syrup: if it's thicker than you would like, I add my syrup back to a pot and slowly let it come to room temperature, then slowly add water until it reaches the desired consistency (and it will thicken as it cools). Also having the syrup at too low of a temperature (like in the cold spot in your fridge) will cause it to crystallize and thicken. Thank you for your honest review!

A Miracle Herb Blend

This herb mixture is a miracle! We have been using it for over a year now and whenever we start to feel something coming on, we start taking the syrup and we start feeling better within 24 hours. I always keep a couple of packets on hand.

Easy, too much shipping

Easy to make. Taste ok. I didn't like paying so much for shipping I won't by again.

Hi Patricia,
We completely understand! Shipping rates are set directly by the carriers and are based on weight and distance — and since our kits contain dense ingredients, they can weigh more than expected. We never mark up shipping costs and always charge exactly what the carrier charges. We truly appreciate your feedback and support!
